More than just a simple relaxation, in Yoga Nidra we guide the body to relaxation with our awareness awake so we can tap into our individual healing energies and abilities. In this workshop we will: Experience a 60 minute Yoga Nidra practice; Learn and identify tips to experience a Yoga Nidra session fully; Discuss and share our experience. Cost: $35.00 per person in advance. $40.00 per person day of. Note: Wear comfortable clothes. If you like you are welcome to bring an eye pillow or eye covering. Julia Long is one of the few certified Yoga Nidra Instructors in the Ottawa Area. Join her for a deeply relaxing experience! Sunday December 10 from 11:30am - 1:30pm
