Canadian Traditions: Play the wooden spoons workshop

Learn to play the wooden spoons with l’habitant voyageur Louis Mercier. Mr. Mercier is an ambassador of traditional French Canadian music, having offered over 3000 performances across Canada since 1984. Join us for this fun and interactive workshop where participants will sand and finish a set of their own wooden spoons and then learn to play some simple tunes with their instrument. Reservation required: $5 Ages 4 and up. Participating children must be accompanied by an adult. March 17, 2018 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. $5. Registration required.
