Nature Tastes: Ciders SOLD OUT!

The Museum’s popular Nature Tastes event returns, this time with a focus on hard ciders. Museum botanist Paul Sokoloff will explain the botany of apples, along with other fruits used for cider. A cider expert will be on hand to explain the different types of hard ciders and the processes in making them. Samples of ciders will be paired with light snacks. Time: 7 PM – 9 PM. Cost: $45 plus tax. Must be 19 years or older; photo ID required. Reserve in advance at nature.ca. Canadian Museum of Nature, 240 McLeod St., Ottawa
