Young String Performers’ Foundation (YSPF) Concert

The YSPF is presenting a concert by promising young string performers from the National Capital Region on Sunday March 21, 2010, 2:30 P.M. at Glebe St. James United Church, 650 Lyon Street South (at Glebe Ave.). (Please note the new time and venue for this season’s concerts.) The concert will feature works by Bach, Boccherini, Kreisler, Paganini, Tchaikovsky and others. Reception to follow the concert. Adults: $10; students $5, children 10 and under free; tickets will be available at the door. The Young String Performers’ Foundation (YSPF) is a charitable foundation established to “create, provide, promote and subsidize opportunities that will develop the abilities of promising young string performers of the National Capital Region, up to the age of 16 years.” For more information, call (613) 238-3434, send e-mail to info@yspf.ca or visit www.yspf.ca.
