A musical journey to the coloful and magical world of Istanbul of the past. The program includes works by Ottoman composers of various origins and demonstrates the cultural diversity of the Empire. Thursday, Nov. 12, 8:00 pm. Dominion Chalmers United Church, 355 Cooper St., Open to public; Free-will donations will be accepted for Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan. Reception to follow.
