Low-Impact Love: Ecology Ottawa Presents Green Speed Dating for Eco-Conscious Singles!

Two separate events will be held, on Monday, February 8th and Thursday, February 11th, both at Raw Sugar Café at 692 Somerset Street West. Doors open at 7:00 pm and dating starts at 7:30 pm sharp. The age range for these events is 25 – 40.
How it works: There will be 30 participants each night, or 15 separate “dates”. Dates will last for six minutes, with one minute to record your interest after each date, and with a 15-minute break halfway through the evening. At the end of the night, turn in your form, and Ecology Ottawa will contact you with your matches the next day!
To preregister for this event, please email info@ecologyottawa.ca by February 3rd. The cost of the evening is $20 and can be paid through PayPal on our website (www.ecologyottawa.ca and click on the “donate” tab) or by cash or cheque either at the event or sent to our office. Once you’ve registered, we will send you payment details.

Please note: This is the first time we have tried an event like this and have therefore decided to keep it limited in size and scope in terms of demographics and orientation. If you are in a different age range or LGBTQ and are looking for your carbon-neutral connection, we would love to hear from you! If there is sufficient interest will gladly host more green speed dating events.
