Renowned Ottawa photographer Tony Fouhse who has achieved international attention in recent years for his series 'User' now presents his body of work entitled 'American States' that he has been shooting since 2002 across the US. Exposure Gallery's curator Carrie Colton describes Tony's eye opening work as “always beautiful but not always pretty”.
Since 2002 he has shot personal projects in California, Mississippi, Alabama, Ohio, New Jersey and Arkansas. As well, Tony is achieving international attention and recognition for an ongoing project he's shooting in his home town, portraits of crack addicts.
