Vintage Stock Theatre presents its annual murder mystery/dinner theatre August 7 and 14 on the grounds of the Cumberland Heritage Village Museum. Play detective in this original production by Marni Stephens - interact with the actors, solve a murder and enjoy a full-course catered meal. Set in 1955, the villagers are convening for the Village Fete, culminating in the annual pie contest. Into this bucolic setting steps a Hollywood director, his eager assistant and his new star – a local gal who is now the talk of Tinseltown. The local schoolteacher and his liberated sister are there to greet them. But watch what happens when they are beset by a cocky businessman and his energetic children.
