Live at the Ottawa Public Library! Come and meet Charles Foran. Charles Foran will read from his critically acclaimed biography, Mordecai: The Life and Times. Author visits will include a reading, Q & A and book signing. All readings are free of charge. This series is offered in part thanks to the generous support of the Canada Council for the Arts.
