Every September, the Ottawa Comic Jam group tries an experiment suggested by Gérard Bélec; telling their stories BACKWARDS. The jams are an amazing success! Let's repeat that success this September and tell more stories backwards (1st panel drawn is the last in the story, followed by panels that describe how the characters got there. The last panel drawn on the page is literally the 'first' panel of the story). September BACKWARDS Comic Jam, Wednesday September 26th 7pm – 9:30pm, Shanghai Restaurant, 651 Somerset St. W., Ottawa, ON. Contact: Gérard Bélec: ottawacomicjam@gmail.com. Event cost: free, materials provided. Artwork is collected at the end of the evening, scanned and posted semi-regularly on the jam site.
