Credible Edibles: Beyond Chocolate cooking class

On October 4th Fair Trade Ottawa Équitable (FTOÉ) is teaming up with Credible Edibles to bring you a special, Fair Trade focused cooking class.
Through this class, you can learn how to better incorporate Fair Trade ingredients into your everyday cooking. Our health, the health of our planet, and the agricultural needs of our society are all intimately connected. This class aims to show how we can do our part to eat well with an ecological and social consciousness.
To register for this one-of-a kind event, please sign up for the “Beyond Chocolate” class at http://www.credible-edibles.ca/workshops.php. $54 per person. Registration down-payment is $25, with a portion of the proceeds going back to FTOÉ. The class will take place from 6:30-9:00pm at the Credible Edibles kitchen, located at 78 Hinton Avenue North in Ottawa.
