You will be treated to both the Classic Seven circuit and the Chartres design labyrinths for meditation. Come and learn about this ancient tool and its applications for discernment, illumination, insight, reflection, problem solving, prayer and empowerment. Labyrinths offer both practical and personal applications for self care, stress management and relaxation.
This is one of a variety of Health & Wellness courses offered by Algonquin College's Personal Development Institute. The course will be held at on the Algonquin campus, 1385 Woodroffe Ave. The price is $125 for this course and will include a catered meal from an Algonquin chef. Ruth Richardson will be the facilitator for this engaging and heartfelt learning experience.
