This is a 2-hour course focused on pain management. Participants have the chance to learn new information and skills, discuss ideas and share experiences with others that have arthritis or family members of people with arthritis. The main objective of the workshop is to improve your understanding of pain management in arthritis and its treatments, introduce different methods to cope with chronic pain, and encourage you to take an active role in their pain management.
