CMC/Ipsos Reid's How Lack of Trust and Confidence in Business Leaders is Destroying Employee Engagement, and what to do about it

The key findings of a national survey of the Canadian workforce across 15 sectors and how leadership communications affects their engagement and the companies they work for. The research will provide a unique view into what matters, what's working, and what can be done to improve employee engagement. The session will focus on a number of themes including:
• How much do employees trust their senior leaders and which sectors are currently most at risk?
• Which elements impact job satisfaction?
• How do the results vary by region?
A post-presentation discussion will explore strategies to improve employee engagement.
