Never Too Old for Gold - Table Tennis/ Ping Pong Training Group

The group will train twice per week on Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 9:30pm at The National Training Centre. Please email steven@ttcan.ca for more information. Or call 613-733-6272 x221. If you enjoy table tennis and would like to further your skills by taking part in this training program, - including a tournament and also a healthy eating and injury prevention seminar, - you are an excellent candidate for the Never Too Old for Gold Program. Benefits of playing table tennis for seniors are many, from improving your aerobic capacities to sharpen your cognitive functions. Being active in Table tennis can have many different forms - coaching, umpiring, leading and of course playing. Recently the documentary Never Too Old For Gold got a lot of global attention. It does a good job expressing many aspects of "Ping-Pong" at a senior level.
